Oxford’s former Holland & Barrett store in the city centre has been listed up for rent.
The national chain shop had been open in the courtyard of the Golden Cross Shopping Centre beside the Covered Market until it recently closed.
Sitting beside Pizza Express, the unit has stood empty but has been listed on the retail property market with local firm NJ Commercial.
The unit comes unfurnished but with air conditioning and is available for annual payments of £57,500.
NJ Commercial’s property listing description said: “The unit comprises a large former Holland & Barratt retail unit with direct access onto Golden Cross Court.
“The unit would be suitable for retail use, office use or non-residential medical use or other uses within Class (E).
“The unit has a net internal floor area of approximately 1,287 square feet and has the benefit of air-conditioning, and w/c’s.”
